Founder and Chief Executive Director in Tanzania
Sebard, with his family, has been very active serving people in need for over 15 years. His mission is to build better communities through compassion, love and assistance.
Sebard has a Masters of Public Administration and worked at the Ifakara Health Institute for nine years from 2009-2018 as a Senior Administrative Officer in Public Health & Entomology.
From June 2018 to July 2020 Sebard worked in Dar Es Salaam at the Yacht Club as Estate Manager. From 2020 to the present, he has been self-employed in the business of farming in Ifakara.
He is married to Esther Abdulharman and they are the proud parents of three boys: Stephen, Paschal and Paul. All three boys are schooling in Primary English Medium Schools.
