Valenova Foundation has coordinated projects to bring essential services to the community improving standard of living and making education projects at the study hall to be possible.

Electricity Installed at Lihami Village

In 2011, Valenova Foundation was successful at getting grants to install electricity at Lihami Village. Ten electrical poles were bought to connect the village to the main grid. This enabled the study hall to be built and equipped with lights and computers.

Water Pump Stations

In 2013 Valenova Foundation and donors installed five water pump stations at Lihami village. This has been a very successful project giving much needed access to fresh water. Before these stations were installed, the women and children had to walk a long way from their homes to fetch water. These stations have greatly improved the living standard of the villagers.
